Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy & Client Waiver By booking a Spiritual Life Coaching or Intuitive Guidance session with Inner Solas, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms. Payment & Refunds: All bookings are non-refundable. Once a session or package is purchased, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Payment is required in full at the time of booking to secure your session. Cancellations & Rescheduling: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full, or the session will be counted as used within any prepaid package or plan. Missed sessions or no-shows are charged in full and cannot be rescheduled. Session Validity: All sessions must be used within 1,3,6 months of purchase depending on package, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unused sessions after this period will expire and are non-refundable and non-transferable. Scope of Practice & Results Disclaimer: Spiritual Life Coaching and Intuitive Guidance are supportive practices intended to assist with clarity, self-awareness, and decision-making. Individual results cannot be guaranteed. Outcomes depend on your openness, engagement, and willingness to take responsibility for your choices and actions following each session. This service does not replace medical care, psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, legal advice, or crisis support. If you are experiencing severe distress or are at risk of harm, you must seek appropriate professional or emergency support. Client Responsibility & Waiver: By booking, you acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual wellbeing. You understand that guidance offered is not directive or prescriptive, and all decisions and actions remain your own. You agree to release Inner Solas and its practitioner from liability for outcomes arising from this work. Agreement: By completing your booking, you confirm acceptance of this policy and waiver in full.
