Cancellation Policy

Silent Counselling Session Policy By booking a Silent Counselling session with Inner Solas, you are agreeing to the following terms: Payment & Refunds All bookings are non-refundable. Once a session or package is purchased, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Payment is required in full at the time of booking to secure your session. Cancellations & Rescheduling 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged the full session fee, or that session will be considered used within any prepaid package or plan. Missed sessions (no-shows) are also charged in full and cannot be rescheduled. Session Validity All sessions (individual or part of a package) must be used within 3 months of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unused sessions after this period will be considered expired and are non-refundable and non-transferable. Results Disclaimer Silent Counselling is a powerful and supportive modality, but individual outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Your results depend on your openness, commitment to change, and willingness to take aligned action after each session. This work supports your healing journey but does not replace medical or psychological treatment where required. Client Responsibility By booking, you acknowledge that you are taking full responsibility for your own health and wellbeing throughout the process. You agree to come to each session with a willingness to engage in the process and follow guidance where appropriate.
