THURSDAY Sound Bath - BEACH DAY!
We will be on the beach at west bay down from the boathouse (tide depending) alternatively we will be on the grassy verge by the sea. Please bring appropriate mats and blankets (Happy to bring extra mats if you message me or chair must be booked in advance)

About the Event
Sound baths are an ancient healing technique that aid those with physical pain, anxiety, depression, high blood pressure (amongst many others) and generally create a sense of relaxation, calm and greater wellbeing.
Attendees are just passive recipients and do not have to do anything other than allow the sound vibrations to wash over you.
Please ensure you bring a mat or blanket to lie/sit on, cushions for comfort and blankets, warm/appropriate clothes to keep you cosy as you will be laid down or sat for around an hour. You may wish to bring an eye pillow or scarf for your eyes and a bottle of water. These can be provided if you let me know in advance.
I have 2 easy reclining chairs that can be reserved too.
Please arrive 10 mins before start to set up.
