Sunday Sound Bath
IT'S CHRISTMAS/YULETIDE! So join us for the last Sunday sound bath of the year and spend a whole hour after to gather and chat. If the sound bath is full when booking come to the social at 5 anyway!

About the Event
Sound baths are an ancient healing technique that aid those with physical pain, anxiety, depression, high blood pressure (amongst many others) and generally create a sense of relaxation, calm and greater wellbeing.
Attendees are just passive recipients and do not have to do anything other than allow the sound vibrations to wash over you.
Please ensure you bring a mat or blanket to lie/sit on, cushions for comfort and blankets, warm/appropriate clothes to keep you cosy as you will be laid down or sat for around an hour. You may wish to bring an eye pillow or scarf for your eyes and a bottle of water. These can be provided if you let me know in advance.
I have 2 easy reclining chairs that can be reserved too.
Please arrive 10 mins before start to set up.
