Sunday Sandbank Sound Bath

Sound baths are an ancient healing technique that aid those with physical pain, anxiety, depression, high blood pressure (amongst many others) and generally create a sense of relaxation, calm and greater wellbeing.

Attendees are just passive recipients and do not have to do anything other than allow the sound vibrations to wash over you.

Please ensure you bring a mat or blanket to lie/sit on, cushions for comfort and blankets, warm/appropriate clothes to keep you cosy as you will be laid down or sat for around an hour. You may wish to bring an eye pillow or scarf for your eyes and a bottle of water.

Please arrive for 7:20pm to set up.
