If you live locally you will understand the literal beauty of our stunning and dramatic landscape and will likely often go for walks in the countryside......this is a wonderful way to relax but this is not Shinrin Yoku......
Shinrin Yoku is an immersion in nature through 5 senses at the same time. Shinrin Yoku Is the path of Yamabushi, the Japanese shamans of the mountains.
In this retreat I will guide you through the process of immersion through all your senses. I will encourage you to get out of your head and notice things that would be easily missed otherwise and get to appreciate the beauty of nature in all its glory. The stillness and tranquillity is incredibly soothing for the soul.
