An evening of shinrin yoku connection with the powerful energy of the sea through a deep meditative connection, with cold water immersion in the moonlight, and relax with a warm open fire and outdoor vibrational healing using native instruments and crystal singing bowls.

About the Event
We have such a vast landscape of water in Scotland but how many times have you immersed all your senses in the power and energy of it?
Some of you may be experienced cold water 'dookers', in which case this retreat will take you on a whole new level of sensory connection with the sea and shoreline. If you are new to cold water therapy this will be the ideal opportunity to come together with others to experience the sensation in a supportive circle.
Using Shinrin Yoku principles I will guide you on a deep connective journey with the land and sea using hands on and up close techniques to fully connect to the network of our land and the glory that mother earth has to offer and I will guide you in the power of your own breath and overcoming the mental mind.
The experience will leave you invigorated, energised and powerful.
There will be an open fire to warm yourself beside after we have released the energy that no longer serves us and then relax to the vibrational energy from the native instruments and crystal singing bowls.
This evening will be a mindful break away from your everyday life.
