Ceremonial Cacao is a powerful medicinal plant material which has been used by various cultures for 5000+ years.

Cacao has an earthy, deep chocolate flavour with a note of bitterness, and is thicker than typical hot chocolate.

Cacao has a whole host of nutritional benefits, but more beautifully opens your heart and relaxes your body to allow you to receive healing energy held in circle.

A Sound Bath will follow leading you to relax to the tones and vibrations of Crystal singing bowls and chimes.
