Sound and Cacao Half Day Retreat

Rest, rebirth, renew and RELAX!

Take time for you in this beautiful retreat at the Blairmore Hall facilitated by Caroline and Alison. 

Alison will take you on a journey of self discovery with the beautiful plant medicine Cacao. As we sit in circle we can share and journal and pull oracle cards for ourselves to enlighten our divine pathway. 

Caroline will provide you with a blissful sonic massage through the use of crystal sound bowls and native shamanic instruments. 

Helen at the Blairmore will set up a nourishing vegan lunch (and alternatives provided) while we head to the beach to allow those of us who wish to experience a cold water rebirth experience supported and provided by Caroline - perfect for first time dookers. Please do not feel pushed to do this if you do not wish to, your moral support for the others is welcome. 

We will head back to the Blairmore for Lunch, Tea and Cakes before closing our Retreat.
