A sister circle is for all woman

It is a safe and sacred space to breathe to feel and be seen

To reconnect with ourselves and each other with no judgements

Come along and gather with other women and TOGETHER WE WILL RISE.........

Our afternoon and evening session will centre around self development and awareness, intution and intention, transformation and healing. 

Bring yoga mat, blanket, yoga blocks if possible

journal and a pen and comfortable clothes

Light refreshments (vegan) will be served in the afternoon but bring your own snacks if you wish..
