•  • Guided Meditation & Ritual: Begin the day with a grounding meditation, followed by a sacred Cacao ceremony ritual to honor the thinning of the veil between worlds. We’ll connect with our ancestors and set intentions for the coming year. 
• • Sacred Circle & Storytelling: Gather in circle to share stories, experiences, and wisdom in a supportive sisterhood. We’ll explore themes of transformation, letting go, and embracing the unknown, stepping forward to the coming new year after our harvest reflections. 
• • Creative Expression: Express yourself through guided journaling, intuitive art & crafting seasonal offerings. This is a time to let your creativity flow and honor your personal journey. 
• • Nourishing Meals: Enjoy seasonal, plant-based meals prepared with love, designed to ground and nourish both body and soul, we each bring food to share as a collective. 
• • Fire Ceremony: End the day with a Samhain fire ceremony, releasing what no longer serves us and welcoming new beginnings with open hearts.
