Imbolc is the Celtic Winter cross quarter festival of earth awakening. The celebration of Imbolc originates from the Celts. Imbolc symbolises the halfway point between the Winter Solstice (Yule) and the Spring Equinox (Ostara). The word “Imbolc” means “in the belly of the mother” because the seeds of spring are beginning to stir in the belly of mother earth.

Harnessing the power of women gathering in circle, our Release & Rise Retreat is an opportunity to tune in with the turning of the wheel of the year. Release the old, what’s no longer needed and call in the new to lead you through the coming months with focus and intent.

Release

We will begin with a deeply restful morning with Cacao, a power word meditation, followed by a burning ceremony to release the old.

Rise

We rise in the afternoon to focus on manifesting the new which will include journalling with your power word, balancing our Chakras and closing the circle with a sound bath.
