Reiki Level 1 Training
After many requests, I've been asked to run a group Reiki level 1 training on the Isle of Bute. This will be held in the beautiful healing rooms of the High Kirk Hall, perfectly placed to raise our vibration and be together in love and oneness with Reiki.

 Reiki in Japanese is translated as universal life force. It is a simple, gentle energy technique that is used for alleviating stress, pain management and deep relaxation.
Reiki is delivered through the practitioner's hands and is based on the principle that unseen life force energy flows through every living thing. When a person’s life force energy is low, we are more likely to get sick or feel stress. When our life force energy is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
Reiki is not a religion, there is nothing you must believe in, in order to learn and use Reiki.
What do you Learn?
At level 1 you will learn:
- The principles of Reiki
- The history of Reiki and its founder
- Meditation and Self-Healing practices
- How to help heal friends or family.
Your training will include:Â
Small group setting, you will receive 3 attunements (to open up the flow of energy), receive a full manual & certificate, receive a Reiki Treatment, receive a goodie bag and have continuous support from me along your journey.
The training will take place for one full day on the Saturday (10 am start - approximately 6/7pm) and 2pm till 6pm on the Sunday.Â
Refreshments provided but please bring you own lunch and snacks
