Caroline & Alison & Kristen are welcoming you to a sacred circle of sound and cacao.
Cacao is raw, unprocessed chocolate from the jungles in South America. It has so many health benefits as it contains antioxidants and minerals including Magnesium and Calcium. Cacao is a wonderful heart opener, it is prepared as a warm drink, like a gentle hug for your insides
A Sound Bath will follow leading you to relax to the tones and vibrations of Crystal singing bowls and chimes. Enabling you to fully immerse yourself in sound while being held by the beautiful healing energy of the crystals in the room.
