Men's Circle

We welcome you to join a Men's circle at ARC Cafe at The Hub

Men's Circles are an opportunity to relax into a grounding meditation, to open our hearts and have a safe space in wish to share and be held by others in a supportive way through the tricky situations we navigate in life. 

As Men you are often given a path to be the person who leads, stays strong, is to be relied upon and to provide for people and often that is far from what you are able to do when you own needs need support too. This is an opportunity to be raw and allow whatever emotions need to come out, come up in a safe space in which to share just how tricky life can be as a man.
