Family Woosah

Family Woosah is designed for the whole family to enjoy. 

I work with all ages of children and young people although aim the session at age 5-12. All types of family groups welcome including foster families. We will practice how to be still and listen to our bodies and talk about what sensations we can feel when being still. We will practice simple breathwork techniques you can use at home and talk about when and why we may want to use them in every day life. We will also try out guided visualisations to get imaginations fired up and allow the mind to relax before playing the singing bowls to bring about a parasympathetics state of being (rest and restore mode). The children will be allowed to explore some of the instruments and learn about how they are used for relaxation.
