Join us for a relaxed one-hour gathering after the Sound Bath — a gentle space to chat, connect, and ease into the festive season together. Refreshments will be provided, and you’re welcome to bring a small dish to share if you’d like.

This is a lovely chance to slow down, meet others in the community, and enjoy some mindful calm before the Christmas rush.
